CLAY MODELING COURSE

Our sculpture lessons aim to develop the skills necessary for the realization of a realistic work following the traditional modeling techniques used by the great masters and carried out in this study for over two centuries. The teaching process aims, on the one hand, to train the eyes to perceive lines and shapes in space, on the other to instruct their hands as a working tool. In our lessons you can make all kinds of projects, up to the most ambitious, which see the human figure and the study of it at the basis of teaching. The courses are organized into all the phases of the realization of a work, from the modeled clay to the creation of the negative mold that, thanks to the molding technique, allows reproducing copies of the original model in different materials. It’s also possible to attend a single lesson, up to three-year projects that allow the student, even a beginner, to become an expert sculptor. The courses, group or exclusive, are throwing within the Studio Romanelli from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
